Climate protesters have caused chaos at the Melbourne office of Federal Treasurer Josh Frydenberg, setting of flares as they called for greater government action on climate change.
In dramatic scenes, the protesters from Extinction Rebellion protesters stormed the roof of the office and unfurled a large banner and set off flares.
Other members of the rebel group glued and and chained themselves to the office doors.
Catherine Strong, a spokeswoman for the group, said the group would continue to protest until Victoria Police moved them on.
Ms Strong also insisted the protest was being held in a Covid-safe manner.
Victoria Police are on the scene and have blocked off the road.
Treasurer Josh Frydenberg and Victoria Police have been approached for comment.
